This complex is centrally located to grocery stores, video stores, restaurants, diving, fishing, boating, sailing, nightlife, dolphin shows, and tourist attractions.

Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is a 12.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.

$300 security deposit
12.5% sales tax
$100 processing fee
